OVERVIEW

All verified orders will receive an initial email confirming the purchase, and a second email with tracking information.

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed and a tracking number has been applied. We cannot alter the delivery in any way once shipped. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving verified payment information. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday (and holidays) will be shipped the following business day. Note that during peak seasons, shipments may experience slight delays.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Estimated Shipping Times:

• Express: 1-3 business days (Domestic)
• Standard: 1-9 business days (Domestic)
• International: 5-21 business days

Transit times to Military APO/FPO/DPO will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee.

*Nike, New Balance, Vans, The North Face and Timberland products are not available for international shipment.*

International orders are shipped via USPS.

RETURNS

Our Returns Policy allows for returns up to 14 days from receipt of the product.

Returned products cannot be worn, altered, or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

To make an exchange, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item(s). This will secure the item(s) and expedite the shipping process. A refund for the original item(s) will be processed upon arrival at our returns center.
