Upon our discretion and in limited circumstances, we may be able to facilitate an exchange within 7 days of the original date of purchase. In order to do so, products must be completely unworn and in brand new condition to be accepted.

This policy stands for all purchases made both in-store and online. All defective and/or manufacturing issues are to be brought to the attention of the manufacturer themselves, as we are not responsible.

Crusoe & Sons only sells 100% authentic, "deadstock" products. We do not deal with variant or fake items in any way, shape or form. Our inventory is supplied by well-known authorized manufacturers/vendors, both domestic and international. All products come with their original boxes and/or packaging, including corresponding "retro cards" & authenticity documentation, when applicable.

We sincerely strive to meet the high expectations of our customers in each and every purchase. Our goal is to reach the highest levels of customer satisfaction imaginable.

Crusoe & Sons reserves the right to apply a 10% restocking fee on all returns. 

We cannot cancel and/or adjust orders once they are placed.



Crusoe & Sons presently ships most orders, domestic and international, via USPS Priority Service. Individual shipping costs vary and we suggest progressing through the checkout process to find your specific costs.  

All products are handled and packaged with care, as we understand some of these items are collectibles and should be delivered in as pristine condition as possible.

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Once your order has been prepared for shipping, specific tracking details will be emailed to you in a new message.

Furthermore, tracking info can also be found within your PayPal account. Orders are typically shipped out within 24-48 hours of receiving payment, however, domestic orders take can potentially take up to 72 hours, depending on holiday and weekend schedules. International orders are traditionally processed in 3-5 days from the time payment is received.

All orders with products from Nike, Timberland, Vans, New Balance, and/or The North Face are limited to domestic shipping zones only; no international orders for these brands



Crusoe & Sons is not liable for any items lost, stolen or damaged during shipment. Once a product leaves our location, the shipping company holds full responsibility. In the event of a product being lost or damaged, we will happily assist you by following up with the carrier on your behalf and even filing any necessary paperwork to initiate an investigation with the carrier. Replacement products or refunds are not issued until all subsequent investigations are completed and your specific claim has been processed.

In the case of International orders, please be advised that Crusoe & Sons is not responsible for any duty or customs fees you may incur. Before making a purchase, please be sure to take this information into consideration.
